Refund policy

1) We do not do Returns/Exchanges. Please no exceptions. 
2) The standard shipping charges are applied for shipping via USPS First Class mail. If you want something sooner, then let us know and we will let you know the charges for Priority Shipping. 
3) No items will be dispatched unless full payment and shipping charges have been received by us. 
4) Once the order is ready to ship, we will share the shipping label with you along with a link to track the order. Please understand that once the order has been dropped off at USPS, it is out of our control. Once shipped, in case of any delays or questions, please follow up with USPS using the tracking number provided. We cannot help with shipping delays caused by USPS, nor do we have any more information at this point than you.
5) Ready-to-Ship items are not booked/reserved without payment. If you have an issue and are unable to make payment immediately, let us know and we will work with you. However, without any communication from your side, the item will NOT be marked as sold unless payment has been received.
6) After the order has been received, it takes 2-3 days for us to prepare the order and ship. Please have patience!
